Infants (6weeks-18months)

Education starts with our little learners from recognizing themselves, exploring their environments, developing relationships, and turning babbling into communication. We use a lot of sign language in our center to communicate their basic needs before they are able to make the appropriate words. The infant daily schedule is tentative and changes to meet each child's needs. Naps and bottles/breastfeeding will be dependent on each child but all children will be given equal opportunities for play, exploration, and activities.

Toddlers (1.5- 2.5 years)

Young toddlers are rapidly growing and learning. Now that they are sturdy on their feet they are expanding those gross motor skills to running, jumping, kicking and more. This is also where we see our the "I do it" stage. They are learning their capabilities and want to do everything independently. We believe that children need the opportunity to do what they can on their own, their teachers will be by their side to support them as needed.

Young Preschool (2.5-4 years)

As these young learners continue to grow, they are developing rapidly in all facets; social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical. The daily schedule is made to ignite and support holistic learning to allow the children to reach their full potential through play and fun filled activities. These curious minds continue to explore all aspects of life and their environment through explorations and plenty of questions. We believe in fostering independence and the child's belief in their abilities as a learner, community member, and human.

Preschool (4-5 years)

Our goal of preschool is to prepare children for Kindergarten while keeping learning fun. Contrary to popular belief, Kindergarten teachers are not seeking children to enter Kindergarten with academic abilities such as knowing their alphabet and ability to read and write. These teachers are wanting children to know how to treat others, join in to play/activities, ability to self regulate, and problem solve. This is why children will explore and learn in all areas of development with a strong focus on social-emotional development.
